SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Orders shipping within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified or required. Stock items generally ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed. During busier times of year it may take up to 5 business days to process an order for shipment. Shipping estimates vary based on production times for Made-to-Order, and Custom items. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated. For an estimated ship or pick-up date or for expedited shipping, please contact us. For shipping destinations outside of the continental U.S., please contact us.

PICK-UP POLICY

In-Stock merchandise is generally available for pick-up 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.  For Made-to-Order and Custom items, pick-up time frame will depend on production time. When your order is ready for pick-up, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you prefer we notify you by phone, please provide a point of contact and phone number at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Stock merchandise may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in original boxes or packaging and properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment. All returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and is subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. All returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for any return and/or exchange shipping costs. Merchandise return is processed during regular business hours.

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Occasionally, an error will occur during manufacturing. If there is a problem with your order, keep the product and original packaging and contact us immediately. The item must be sent or returned to the shop for inspection. Once the inspection is complete and the errors are corrected, a replacement will be issued.

For exchanges of lesser value, credit is issued to the original payment method. For exchanges of greater value, payment is required prior to shipment.

PAYMENT POLICY

For walk-ins and retail purchases in the shop, payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

For online orders, payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay at the time of pick-up, shipment, or receipt, please contact us.

For custom merchandise orders, a 50% non-refundable payment is required prior to receiving the proof. When your order is ready for shipment, the order balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

For Tax-Exemption Status, Government Pricing, or to create a Purchase Order, please contact us.

REFUND POLICY

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Stock and Made-to-Order merchandise may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and is subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. It may take up to 10 business days to inspect for use and damage before a refund is issued.

Refund is credited to the original payment method.  All exchanged merchandise may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for any return and/or exchange shipping costs.
